Mike and I would like to start by saying this was our second custom home Brickland Custom Homes has built for us and that speaks volumes about the quality of the Homes they build.

We LOVED our first home experience so much that we have always said if we had the opportunity to do it again it would definitely be with Brickland Custom Homes.

From the first build not only did we have a beautiful home we also made great friendships that we have keep through the years.

So here we are 17 years later doing it again.

It was so exciting to see and get to work with all the same people we worked with the first time, and of course a few new ones that we became friends with really quick (Jarrett).

From the first time we sat down with Ed & Rosemary and the whole Brickland Team to design and talk about our new custom home all the way to the final walk through the experience was even better the second time around.

We met a few times to design the home and get it just the way we wanted. Everyone in our family has their own special areas such as our dog's room has bone tile trim and a bone shaped light above and of course a custom Dutch\doggie door with a bone and paw handles. And our large laundry room with a small portion dedicated to "Dee's Little Salon" with a shampoo bowl and a salon chair.

And Brickland made it all happen just the way we wanted.

Justin, Jarrett, and David were always available to answer any question we had or make any small changes we wanted.

Joey and Vicky were also just as much involved with the whole process to answer and or assist with any questions regarding the build, funding, and warranty.

Brickland's Team took our family's vision for our "Forever Home" and made it a reality that our Whole Family Absolutely LOVES!!!!!

Our search for a builder was extensive and included interviews with 7 different builders. We met each builder, however, when we met with Brickland things were different. The entire team was present, professional, answered all our questions and made us feel like they would be a true partner throughout the entire process. Rosemary was poised and professional and Ed is very construction savvy and to the point; together they make a great and competent team. They were a great sounding board for our ideas and plans. We greatly appreciated that they always wanted us to stay as close to our budget while listening to our desired outcome.

My father, now retired, has worked in commercial construction his entire life, and even built two homes himself. Watching our home go up and having my father walk my property and have nothing but positive things to say throughout the process gave me peace of mind about our build quality. Through the process we had direct access to the architect. Justin was our point of contact and proved many times over that their goal was to build us a quality home and see us happy with the result. Throughout the process the entire Brickland Team worked together professionally and transparently communicated with us.

We are so happy that we selected Brickland and happy to recommend them. WE LOVE OUR HOME! And when the build is complete Joey Galloway helps coordinate and take care of post move-in items. Joey is excellent, pleasant to work with, and very responsive to our requests. None of our post move-in concerns have been ignored and Brickland has remained just as responsive as they were from that initial meeting.

Our advice to prospective Brickland customers; your search is over, absolutely use this builder!! We had so much fun throughout the process we could do it again!!
