WARRANTY REQUEST FORM

Brickland Homes offers an extensive one year warranty on all new homes. Please use the form below to request service during your one year warranty. All warranty service request must be submitted via this form and will be acted upon ASAP by our warranty department. Once we receive a request, we will contact you. If you have an emergency, please call our offices at 281-893-5658 and follow up by submitting this form. We provide service once during the warranty period for the repairs associated with sheetrock cracks, nail pops, grout cracks, trim and molding separations and carpet re-stretching. Accordingly, it is suggested that you wait until near the end of the warranty period to request service for these repairs to insure that all repairs are made under the warranty.
